EVERYTHING IN COMMON ETHICAL GIFTS CATALOGUE
Everything in Common is UnitingWorld's ethical gifts catalogue. Each gift represents a life-changing project that is helping people across the Pacific, Asia and Africa break the cycle of poverty and step towards a life of dignity.
Your shopping will help UnitingWorld and our partners fight poverty and build hope.
Your gift in action
Your gift is more than a goat or chicken, it's real impact! For example, the goat you give comes wrapped in a project; with training in livestock care, business and financial planning so a family can earn a sustainable income.
About us
UnitingWorld is the international aid and partnerships agency of the Uniting Church in Australia. We work for a world where lives are whole and hopeful, free from poverty and injustice.
Our work focuses on five program areas: poverty reduction, gender equity, leadership, climate justice and disaster response.
Our Approach
We connect people and communities in Australia, the Pacific, Asia and Africa to work together to overcome poverty and injustice.
Rather than send people overseas, we work in partnership with local churches and Christian organisations. Our work is guided by determined and resourceful local communities who are best placed to identify sustainable solutions to the problems they face. We help provide the means and training to help their communities thrive long term.
Our Values
Every person matters. Every person is beloved by God and invited to enjoy the rich blessing of abundant life. We believe that together we’re called to build a world where lives are whole and hopeful, free from poverty and injustice.
We work with and through church partners, but our programs include all people regardless of their faith, sexuality, ethnicity, ability or gender. We seek out the marginalised and the vulnerable. We listen to the voices of the poorest.
We value the partnerships we have with local communities and learn from each other through relationships that stretch back over a hundred years. We are ever inspired by our partners’ hope, resilience and faith.
UnitingWorld is accredited by Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), responsible for managing Australia’s aid program. To maintain accreditation, UnitingWorld's systems, policies and processes are rigorously reviewed by the Australian Government.

UnitingWorld is a member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID). As signatory to the ACFID Code of Conduct, we are held accountable to the highest standards of governance, financial transparency and effectiveness in our work.
